When can I use my membership?
Membership access is subject to appointment availability, service-specific safety requirements, recommended exposure schedules, and AURA booking policies.
Why should I book ahead?
Equipment is limited, and we need roughly 10–15 minutes between appointments for cleaning and turnover. Booking ahead is recommended so we can reserve the right time for you.
What happens to the Founding 100 rate?
Your Founding 100 rate stays locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If the membership is canceled, the Founding 100 rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Where can I find freeze and cancellation rules?
Freeze and cancellation rules are set out in the membership agreement. Please review that agreement before joining or contact AURA with questions.
